In our quest to becoming the most reliable Civil Engineering and General Building Contractors in Southern Africa, we have internalized key quality assurance goals that make us unique as an organization.

We hold an obligation to enhance a valuable, self-sustaining engineering construction company that our clients, shareholders and employees are proud to be associated with. We are always considering the long term implications to the environment, the effects caused as a result of the solutions and activities we propose. We ensure to provide quality service by performing our duties in a professional manner with integrity abiding by legal requirements and codes of practice at all times. Through innovation, we involve clients, suppliers and our partners in the engineering( built environment) industry with the aim of promoting the exchange of ideas that promote good practice.
Meet The Team
Zipho Ndungane, hailing from the Eastern Cape’s Nqamakwe village, is the visionary behind Sisi Nandi Trading. With a background in ND Civil Engineering from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, Zipho brings over 13 years of extensive experience to the construction industry. This tenure includes four years as a Civil Technician followed by nine years as a Construction Manager, culminating in a profound understanding of roads construction and earthworks.
In 2015, Zipho encountered a life-altering injury while concluding a project as a Subcontractor in Sasol Secunda, leading to a declaration of disability. Undeterred, in 2016, Zipho took the courageous step of establishing Sisi Nandi Trading. Motivated by a commitment to prioritize safety in work practices and a desire for entrepreneurial independence post-injury. Zipho embarked on this journey to become the company’s director. Sisi Nandi Trading proudly stands as a 100% Black-owned and disability-focused entity, specializing in diverse civil works.
Fueling the company’s capabilities is a seasoned leadership team. Operations Manager Vusi November brings invaluable expertise from a prominent continental entity, having served as a Cost/Procurement Manager at WBHO for 15 years.
Adding further strength to the team, HR Administrator Precious Mabitsela contributes four years of experience in a similar capacity from her previous role.
